Shotcrete refers to a process by which a special concrete mixture is sprayed from a hose and onto a damaged concrete surface. This surface could be your foundation, driveway, garage floor, patio, sidewalk, or any other concrete surface. Shotcrete can easily be applied, and is a much more cost-effective solution than total foundation or concrete replacement. Shotcrete is typically an all-inclusive term used to describe both wet and dry mix versions. It’s becoming a popular alternative to total concrete replacement because it undergoes placement and compaction at the same time because of the force with which it is applied from the hose’s nozzle.
